The Cuor di Mela are caskets of fragrant short pastry filled with 100% Italian apple jam embellished with cubed apples collected exclusively in Emilia Romagna.

Wheat flour, apple jam 23.7% (apple puree 18.4%, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, apple juice 3%, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, apple 3.3%, butter, fresh eggs, skimmed milk powder, fructose-glucose syrup, modified starch, wheat fiber, raising agents (ammonium carbonate, sodium carbonate , monopotassium tartrate), apple cider vinegar, salt, flavorings, cinnamon.
May contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame and soybeans.
