Alce Nero organic apple cider vinegar is obtained using exclusively Italian apples.
The apples are grown in the orchards of the Dolomites. Thanks to the high quality of this raw material, Alce Nero organic apple cider vinegar offers an intense taste and a rich flavour. The lower acidity of apple cider vinegar, compared to wine vinegar, makes it particularly suitable for salads and other dishes.
