Arrabbiata sauce is a fast recipe for spicy tomato sauce, typical of the city of Rome.

The name derives from the fact that, by eating this type of pasta, you run the risk of becoming red because of the chilli pepper, just like when you get angry.

The new Barilla Penne Rigate, with a more consistent taste, capable of perfectly retaining your sauces, are the result of a new combination of excellent durum wheat and dies that best enhance the character of the pasta.
