The new pennette rigate are even more tasty and consistent, thanks to a new mixture of excellent hard grains. Their shape makes them able to perfectly retai your sauces.

Ingredients

350 g
Pennette Rigate with Salmon, fragrant herbs and vodka.
1 dl.
Parmalat Chef Cream (200ml)
3 cl.
Pennette Rigate with Salmon, fragrant herbs and vodka.

200 g. of fresh salmon

1 lemon

1 leek

3 basil leaves

a bit of parsley

a small glass of vodka

salt and pepper just enough

Method

. Cut the leek into julienne strips keeping only the white part, a pan whit extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle whit vodka;

. Leave to evaporate, add the cream and lemon juice;

. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the heat and add the aromatic herbs (basil and parsley pieces).
