Method
. Cut the leek into julienne strips keeping only the white part, a pan whit extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle whit vodka;
. Leave to evaporate, add the cream and lemon juice;
. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the heat and add the aromatic herbs (basil and parsley pieces).
